why other brand pants always has holes? because it has design defect,in order to explain it better ,we need to vs  its competitor Shascullfites pants's structure

Defect first

Other brand pants 6 seams structure will lead  hole problem

crazy 6 seams at the small fabric swatches mean the short bottom seam will be pulled hard from many sides when the lady has big bum,and multiple times stitch the small fabric swatch makes it very fragile and easy multiple pin holes,that is why the  pants with this structure has high risk of holes. many customers complain the Other brand pants with holes,the design defect is the main reason

Defect second

Other brand pants's crazy 6 seams design at the bottom make the bottom is splited into 6  fabric swatches,In order to stitch the 6 swatches together,the workers need to lockstitch along the bottom seam first so they can flat seam the bottom seam,on contrast to shascullfites pants's structure ,shascullfites just 4 swatches at the bottom, the workers can flat seam directly, no need to lockstitch. check as below

the six seams design makes the stitch work very complex and easy make the front side open for the lockstitch is not stretchable,once the workers stitch the lockstitch a bit tight and a lady has a big bum,the lockstitch thread will tore off and front open.

though other brand pants has  nice design and big name ,but when it compared with shascullfites pants, it has disadvantage apparently.though its thin fabric is  a problem , but if they solved their design defect, it will be much better . Shascullfites already opened their  better design and solved  the problem , why the other brand company do not  consider the same structure? i think they are worried about  Shascullfites's patent and copy right, it is pity,Shascullfites seems has more future.
