What is the difference between other brand pants and shascullfites pants

You can see from these photos, our pants is so different , in fact  ,our pants is much better and more welcomed than other brand, better structure , better shaping,better quality ,so we do not need to infringe other brand IP at all.we noticed you mentioned your other brand trademark and patent, we used our own trademark,not use other brand word at all ,so no this problem , relate to the patent, as explained you can see it is totally different structure ,so also not infringe your patent. In fact , we have our own patent EU008536239-0001,EU008536239-0002,EU008536239-0003.by the way, other brand made a court sue with our supplier Shascullfites in china for the patent problem ,other brand failed and our supplier Shascullfites won.we respect your IP , hope you do the same.
